TIPS FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVISION
It is a known fact that seventy percent (70%) of the communication process is dependent on body movements and gestures including facial expression. So over the phone, you lose this and depend only on the thirty percent (30%) left. Smiling produces a more relaxing tone and a more engaging aura on the communication process. Smiling is the only action that can send a positive influence across the line. Customers feel that you are smiling because this action actually is reflected on a person's intonation and character. People will actually feel that you are eager and enthusiastic about extending a helping hand when they can feel that you are smiling. Just make sure to maintain this smile throughout the whole call.
A customer would usually say their complaint to their hearts' content because that's the reason for their call -- they want the company to know that there's something wrong and it's not pleasing them. Allow them to say what they want to say but cautiously steer the conversation to a main point. This helps the customer drive on to the main point. But do not disrupt them and bring their complaint to a halt just because you already understood their issues. Allow them to know that you are getting their point and understand their circumstance and state that you have a solution that they may take for that matter.
If the call is a repetitive complaint though then it's a different issue, all you can actually do is explain the steps being taken by the company and that these steps will take them nearer to the solution they are asking for. This will help ease their frustration because they know that the company is doing something regarding their complaint.
These four tips will help you as a customer service agent in providing more satisfying call experiences to your customers. Remember that your relationship with the customer can make or break their relationship with the company you represent.

BlogWorld Philippines - Learning all about blogging as a profitable career and earn a lot!
I had the chance to hear testimonies of people who became successful in their blogging careers. Most of these guys are very young cyber-entrepreneurs and it's really amazing how they got to be as rich as they are now because of blogging! God must have planned them to be blessed this way... I believe that.
We had Julius Sison, Philip Tiangson, Dilson Decena, Julius Cesar Mamaril, and Richer Finez (how appropriately named) giving testimonials on their blog experiences and expertise. It was really awesome to find out how they started and how they turned a hobby into a money-making opportunity!
But that wasn't the icing on the cake. The best experience there was having Janette C Toral of www.digitalfilipino.com, my e-commerce idol, as the guest of honor, speaker, and lecturer of the conference! It was really a privilege to be there with her and learn all of the fundamentals of earning from home, SEO, social networking and how to make them profitable.
I myself was challenged to turn this past-time into a monetizing experience. I will follow everything I have learned and dare myself to be rich. I mean, what's wrong with trying. I won't back down. I know I have the skills, and I know I have the motivation and determination. All I have to do now is apply the new knowledge I have received through Janette and the team for my own version of success. I'm gonna own it and make it. In other words, I will live it and profit from it.
So, here's to the beginning of a new career! God, be with me!

WHY DO IT IF YOU CAN'T HACK IT?
Sad? Yes.
Tragic? Maybe.
Defeated? No!
I really feel for her and I wanted to console her one time. But, to my surprise, she said that she was already feeling better after she prayed. Whoa! That was fast.. To think that this sudden recuperation happened just a few days after the guy left her! But you know, that's what God is.
You see, God is always there whenever you need Him. He's omnipresent, remember? But the best position I believe that He occupies is at the end of our rope. There has been a lot of situations that some people have faced which may be considered as unrecoverable. But they always manage to bounce back. With a little faith, of course.
A little faith goes a long way as long as it's genuine. Faith as small as a grain of mustard could go a long way. Luke 17:6 says that if you do have faith as little as that, you can tell the mulberry tree to be planted in the sea and it may obey you. That's so cool!
Well, never mind the tree. Imagine a mountain. Matthew 17:20 says that having that much faith is enough to command a mountain to move from here to there and the result is that mountain moving at your will! Amazing! Mountains usually represent problems. This scripture really says it all. Having faith as small as a mustard seed can take away problems. That's a relief!
Do not forget though that it has to be genuine faith. If you go praying for rain, don't go out of your house without an umbrella. Otherwise, what's the prayer for in the first place?
When my friend told me that she felt a good sense of relief despite her ordeal when she prayed, it just meant one thing... The distance of a solution to any problem is equally proportional to the distance of your knees to the floor. Think about it!
